1st Puppy Dog, Best Puppy Dog, Best Puppy in Breed, and Best Puppy in Show
Judges critique 'Took my eye when he entered the ring, g/sw  who has much promise, he has the correct length of body and balance in outline, he is almost eleven months therefore he is more finished than some of the other puppies, he is masculine in outlook, stood using his good reach of neck, to show off his excellent profile, he has good overall length, and good hindquarters with short rear pasterns, and moved well, at the moment he is still a little on the leg, which one would expect at this age, he has a well groomed fitted coat, over good body lines, he is obviously a good sized male, and should mature and drop into himself with time, I loved his lovely clean head with well placed eye and correct stop, and well placed ears which he used constantly. BPD and along with my co judge BPIS.'

Judges critique - 'This 10 month sable/white dog took my attention as he entered the ring.  He was so attentive to his handler and stood and showed like a veteran.  He is a very handsome boy with well placed ears which he used constantly.  A nice clean head with correctly placed stop and shaped eye which gives him a lovely expression.  Good reach of neck, depth of chest and well sprung ribs.  A nicely fitting coat which was groomed to perfection.  Moved well and I was delighted to award him BPD and RBD.'

PG 1 (1)
1. Iley’s Arklethill Delilah at Ileyda JW, this was a really lovely class there were some beautiful bitches which went cardless, this quality entry from this class onwards was quite remarkable. This bitch had qualities in abundance, she took my eye for her glamour in full coat and bloom, it was amazing how this bitch has matured since I saw her at Crufts 2 year ago, she made a name for herself as a youngster, but now she has fulfilled this early promise into a bright star, her overall profile is superb, showing with all the aplomb to enhance her virtues, reach of neck set in good shoulders, excellent topline, and sweeping hindquarters, she moved round the ring with reach of stride and effortless grace, a most lovely clean head profile, dark expressive eye giving the sweetest of expression, together with showing her neat well placed ears presenting a beautiful picture, exquisitly groomed RES CC in excellent company.

Many Thanks to Robin Blaikie and Dave Thomson for thinking so highly of DD, Arklethill Delilah at Ileyda JW and their lovely critiques from Scottish Collie Club. We were so pleased that her breeder David Boyle was there to see it.
LB 6-2 1st Iley’s Mrs Daphne & Tony Iley. Arklethill Delilah At Ileyda JW One of my stars today having competed against her in younger days I have always admired her she is of quality breeding that has stood the test of time. This dark sable has a truly lovely head with no exaggeration, clean wedged head, soft melting expression and uses her ears well. Good front angulation, fair reach of neck, nice topline and back end. Well set tail carriage and moves round the ring at a nice confident pace. Straight at front with good reach shows well for handler and liked my squeeky ball. Presentation first class. CC and Best of Breed I truly hope her third is not far away loved her and thank you for bringing her.
Judge: Robin Blaikie. (Kourika)
My Best of Breed came from Limit Bitch – Iley’s Arklethill Delilah At Ileyda J.W. 3 yrs. Old, a shaded sable, nicely proportioned, with a melting expression, well chiselled head and correct eye placement and good length to tail. She was very attentive to her handler and strode out with purpose and drive. She certainly has a sound future ahead of her. Only a smidgeon, in my opinion, separated the dog and the bitch. Both lovely collies!
Best in Show Judge: Dave Thomson. (Lomondvale)

24th September 2022 1st Limit Bitch and Res. CC Irish Collie Club Championship Show judge Morag McCarte.
Critique: Iley’s, Arklethill Delilah At Ileyda JW – S/w. Presents a super profile both when standing and on the move, with desired level topline. Clean in head and super dark eye which is correct in size and placement. Truly at one with her handler and showed her ears off non-stop. Coat just starting to go. Nonetheless, beautifully presented. Lovely mover. Pushed hard for the CC today and delighted to award RES CC

Would like ribs to extend back further towards the loin. Attractive head type with good balance. Nice colour, shape and placement of eye and she has a good ear set. Moved ok

She had a very sweet expression with a lovely almond shaped eye. A good reach of neck and a beautiful shape. Well placed ears which she used constantly. Well angulated both front & rear. Good muscle tone and bend of stifle. A well fitting coat which was beautifully presented. She moved effortlessly around the ring. 1st Mid Limit Bitch Judge S. Hawkins Brilyn at Blackpool Championship Show Judges Critique: Iley's-Call Me Dreamer In Blue For Ileyda Della Verde Scozia JW-super blue with tremendously long flowing coat. Lovely long neck and topline, good depth of body and good bone. Pleasing head and when she uses her ears has an exquisite expression. Moved well. Just needs more undercoat.

2nd Limit Bitch Judge JT Smith at Darlington Championship Show
3yr year old Merle, Most attractive colouring, lovely outline on the stack, feminine head with good expression, so well balanced, great temperament, excellent coat.

2nd Post Graduate Bitch and Reserve CC Judge C Lockett at Border Union Championship Show
Lovely clear blue girl shown in fine fettle, a lot to like in make, shape, balance and type- moved quite well but not quite so fluid as 1 today,
a bit more stop than my ideal, but a lovely expression, neat well used ears, nice foreface and cheeks, well presented and handled. So feminine Res. CC

2nd CALL ME DREAMER IN BLUE FOR ILEYDA DELLA VERDE SCOZIA JW. (Imp Ita) Very pretty blue merle I admired as a puppy. Just coming back into coat which is fresh and healthy but lacking the feathering I know she will get in time. Good colour blue with huge white collar. Immaculately presented. Very sound on the move. Just preferred the overall balance of the winner.

17th September 2022 1st Post Graduate Northumberland & Durham Championship Show Judge Anita Fox.
Critique: Iley’s Call me Dreamer in Blue for Ileyda Della Verde Scozia b/m bitch in smashing condition and glorious coat of correct colour. I really liked her. Her head handled well and sat like a true wedge in my hand. Well rounded muzzle and the kindest brown eye, good ears and used well giving a pleasing expression. Moved true and carried tail well, presenting a flowing picture. In the challenge she was a little less positive on the move.

1st Post Graduate Dog. Iley’s Hugo Boss In black Della Verde Scozia (IMP ITA); Pleasing tri boy who was not happy today in the windy tent; Very nice body to go over, good loin, lovely depth of rib, well balanced, super rear angulation and well let down, moved with drive and true going away. Nice plains to his head, good length of fore face, although dark and well place, eye is a bit tighter than my ideal and would prefer softer expression. Well coated and presented with coat of true correct coarse texture, not showing to his best advantage today.

Critique: Iley’s, Beldones Harry Styles At Ileyda - NAF TAF – 8 ½ month b/m baby. Well off for size. Very pleasing head with well placed ears and correct eye. Excellent bone. Needs to tighten on the move. Beautifully presented.
2nd October 2022 1st Minor Puppy Dog Scottish Kennel Club Championship Show Judge Dermot Timmons.
Critique: Iley, Mrs Daphne & Iley, Mr Tony - Beldones Harry Styles At Ileyda. Just 9 months old Blue Merle of good size. He’s well boned with a good colour and markings. Good head type. His eye colour shape and placement are good, correct stop. He has a good length of body and depth of rib but I’d like a bit more spring of rib. He has an excellent length of tail. He was very unsettled today in the noisy indoor ring and I feel that this affected his movement because he moved a little close behind. However he’s very young and I feel he’ll be one to watch for in the future.
