Breed Notes Firstly, I would sincerely wish to thank everyone who has sent cards, messages and flowers following the death of my Father, who had a great innings and died peacefully from old age at 95. However, Aileen has not taken this well, and is still in hospital with low oxygen levels, but seems to be improving. We are all grateful for your thoughts and messages following our traumatic times. Sadly, during this time I heard of the sudden death of Margaret Congdon, wife of John, and the backbone of the Aaronwell kennel down in Cornwall. I know many of you have sent more condolences to John, Nathan and Abigail and I do know how they must be feeling. Our thoughts are with you all. In these Covid times, arranging funerals etc is not easy so my heart goes out to all the family. It is all quiet in the canine world and even more so with both Anita Fox losing her lovely sable bitch, Ch Danfrebek Truly Mady Deeply with Alanita who was born in October 2005, and Sophie Wray-Ramsden who has just lost her lifelong companion in Panda, Takhisis High Voltage just near his 14th birthday, these two households will be feeling the emptiness of losing some very special dogs. Hopefully more news next week when we hope to return to the new “normal” and I would like to thank everyone, especially the “Team at Our Dogs” for their understanding during this difficult time.
