Staffordshire and Birmingham Agriculture Society - Day 2 - 1st June 2023
I would like to thank the dog show organizers for inviting me to judge at this lovely well organized show.
Also my two stewards for all their help.
Unfortunately I had a few missing dogs who had missed their classes.

1st Mrs Byrne - Ingledene Affairs by Night:
A beautiful dark shaded male dog aged 6 years. Had a lovely head to go over, rounded muzzle,
correct placement of stop, beautiful brown eyes with tipped and well placed ears all giving such a sweet
but handsome male expression. Good length and arched neck going into well layed shoulders. Front and
rear angulation is good. Lovely length of back with slight rise over loin. Good tail to hock. Stood well and
move well, could be moved a bit faster to get the best out of him. BOB
Class 237 Open 2/1
1st Mrs J M Leese - Essanjay Fields of Gold:
Another Dark shaded dog. Have liked this 3yr 8m old dog from ringside for many years.
No mistaking this lovely dark shaded dog is male, sweet dark eyes, lovely rounded muzzle, well placed
ears when used, nice head to go over. Front angulation ok rear angulation good. Good length of back
and top line. Was a bit overweight for me. Movement ok with his new young handler. RBOB

1st Mrs B White - Brackenhaye Lionheart:
This 3yr old tri male was a little unsettled in the morning. He had a lovely expression, slight but
perceptible stop, flat skull, beautiful almond shaped eyes would have like them a bit darker, well tipped
ears used some of the time. Beautiful muscular arched neck flowing into well placed shoulders, good
spring of rib. Correct length of body to height, slight rise over loin and good length of tail with lovely collie
swirl at end. Front angulation ok rear angulation good with good muscle tone, moved gracefully and
effortlessly around the ring. BOB and PG1
