BRITISH COLLIE CLUB Sunday.  1st March  2026

I would like to thank the Committee form inviting me to Judge BIS and BOB Rough Collie at their  Sub Group Championship Show it was an honour, also many thanks for the lovely gift and hospitality.  A very friendly well run show with  excellent food coming from the kitchen. 

I would like to thank my co  judges for sending forward quality exhibits.

BIS
Gataj Time After Time At Rahlissa  Rough Collie
4 year old. S/W. A pretty bitch excellent breed type true balance from head to toe.  Feminine head clean wedge just right for stop well set almond eyes natural  ears altogether giving desired  collie expression.  She used her neck to show off her elegant shape and outline her balanced angulation front and rear enabled her to move with fluid sound action all ways. 

RBIS
CH Blamorder Ice Cream Dream VW Sm Collie  9yrs Blue bitch excellent shape angulations and muscle tone.  Good length of head balanced  proportions well filled foreface and under jaw pleasing expression used her  well set ears to complement her balanced head   good reach of neck and fore hand firm top line her colour is well broken but a tad dark she moved freely and soundly with strong profile action.

RBOB 
Paulara  Blaze of Glory  Rough Collie
S/W Male in full coat which at times hides his body shape and neck and I can assure you he has  balanced angles and sufficient neck.  Masculine clean wedge head well filled fore face defined stop good eye shape and colour giving masculine pleasing expression neat ears used to advantage he moved soundly covering the  ground with even strides.

Gataj Just Like Jesse James  Rough Collie
10mths S/W Male instantly appealed he is of good size and shape masculine head handles well balanced planes good under jaw correct stop almond well set eyes and neat ears altogether giving true balance. He stood ozzing breed type good body, substance and bone his correct angulation were shown in his strong sound movement with drive and forward reach in excellent semi harsh coat.

BVIS
Telforth  Sweet Dreams to Corisian  Rough Collie
S/W who will be 13 years young this July.  I judged her last year and same applies she is a credit to her owners for  keeping  her looking fit and well and she  moves soundly with drive from rear.  A balanced feminine head sweet expression and neat ears complete the picture. Balanced angulations for and aft firm top line and immaculate coat. Although she has not  achieved the title  of Champion I am sure she is to her owners and many others.
