12th July 2024

The very sad news reached me and others concerning David Boyle who died recently whilst waiting for a major operation. David was surrounded by family and sisters so was not alone and part of this obit includes family details supplied by sister Connie and close friend Angela – so thank you both for a lovely contribution. Please read the full obituary HERE

The only news I have from Boston Ch show is that from Fosse Data with the main results. John Ritchie (Dykebar/Hollibell) who started judging Roughs in 2004 with a last appointment at Collie Club of Wales in 2016.
BOB, taking a 4th CC was Ch Ingledene Sno Wanda for Val & John Geddes. Winning his 3rd and crowning CC was a very emotional moment for Jan Milligan and her blue boy, now Ch Alfsden He Lives In You. His CC’s have come from Sue Randall at Collie Club of Wales and Derek Smith at City of Birmingham last year, and annexed the RDCC at Windsor last week. Homebred, is sired by Ch Ladnar Mustriharder out of Ladnar Trust In Me for Alfsden.
Taking the RDCC and BPIB was the only entrant in Puppy Dog: Uffspring Undeniable for Jane Spendelow. RBCC came from Junior, owned by Charlene Turner - Paulara Born To Be My Baby, and BVIB Monsolana Love Style over Barrenclough owned by Lynda Boyle.

If more news reaches me, I shall obviously include it next week.
